Bread and bun maker wanted in Yuma County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Yuma County, Arizona. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around $170 per day, based on your experience.
