We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred.
