Elevator service technician wanted in Ohio County

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Ohio County, Indiana. The job is at a busy lift company. Your main tasks: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
