Captain waiter — Adair County

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Adair County, Oklahoma. The job is in a five-star hotel. On the job you will handle: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 5+ years on the tools preferred.
