Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 4+ years on the tools preferred.
