Gtaw welder wanted in Pacific County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Pacific County, Washington. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints Requirements: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
