Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Davis County, Iowa. You will work at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
