Concrete shuttering carpenter — Mingo County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Mingo County, West Virginia. You will work on a residential tower site. Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level The role involves: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse 2+ years on the tools preferred.
