Now hiring: we are hiring a HGV driver in Southeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. The role involves: • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load You should have: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Confident with manual handling and load securing At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
