We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Delaware County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
