Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Montgomery County, Ohio. You will keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
