Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Kwali, Federal Capital Territory. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Part-time with flexible hours.
