Confectioner wanted in Holt County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Holt County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Meals and transport allowance provided.
