Powder coating line operator • Carroll County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Carroll County, Ohio. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
