Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
