EHS coordinator — Lafayette County

Now hiring: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Lafayette County, Florida. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Day to day you will record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site.
