Argon arc welder — Mercer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Mercer County, New Jersey. The job is at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
