Janitor — Montgomery County

Now hiring: we are hiring a janitor in Montgomery County, New York. You will be based at a residential apartment complex. Requirements: • Basic English to read labels and cleaning instructions • Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely Day-to-day duties: • Clean internal glass, mirrors and partitions streak-free • Operate industrial floor scrubbers and carpet extractors • Report low stock, breakages and maintenance faults • Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks and washroom fittings • Mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
