Head baker • Warren County, New York

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Warren County, New York. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 3+ years on the tools preferred.
