Formwork carpenter — Gage County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Gage County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Full-time, day shift.
