We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel technician in Cheyenne County, Colorado. The job is at an accident repair garage. On a typical shift you will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
