The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
