Coating plant operator • Leslie County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Leslie County, Kentucky. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
