Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile setter in Ingham County, Michigan. The job is at a busy tiling site. On the job you will handle: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints Ideal candidate: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone Full-time with occasional weekends.
