Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Nance County, Nebraska. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
