We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Becker County, Minnesota. The job is in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
