Stamping press operator — Van Buren County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Van Buren County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy press shop. On a typical shift you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
