Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Amelia County, Virginia. The job is in a five-star hotel. On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Clear and reset tables between covers Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 4+ years on the tools preferred.
