We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Brown County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
