Crane operator — South Ayrshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane operator in South Ayrshire, Scotland. You will work at a landfill site. Your main tasks: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Pay around £100 per day, based on your experience.
