Now hiring: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Dawson County, Texas. The job is on a busy domestic building site. The role involves check walls for plumb and level as you go; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work. Requirements: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
