Kitchen cook — Kewaunee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Kewaunee County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
