Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow.
