Packaging machine operator — Sierra County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Sierra County, California. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor On a typical shift you will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; set up and start the machine as per the job card; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
