Excavator operator • Okrika, Rivers State

Great opportunity: we are hiring an excavator operator in Okrika, Rivers State. You will work in an open-cast quarry. Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control The role involves: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
