Machine assembly operator wanted in Benton County

Join our team: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Benton County, Iowa. The job is in a packaging and assembly workshop. The role involves: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
