Tig welder — Karu

Now hiring: we are hiring a tig welder in Karu, Nasarawa State. You will be based at a busy sheet-metal workshop. On the job you will handle: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Rotating shifts.
