Immediate opening: banquet server (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a banquet server in Rockbridge County, Virginia. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 5+ years on the tools preferred.
