Slinger signaller — Pulaski County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Pulaski County, Kentucky. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. You should have: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Day-to-day duties: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight 4+ years on the tools preferred.
