Deboner — Ohaji/Egbema

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Ohaji/Egbema, Imo State. The job is at a halal meat counter. The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦8,500 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
