Shakeout operator — Obanliku

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Obanliku, Cross River State. The role involves carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
