Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Langlade County, Wisconsin. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
