Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly operator in Union County, Oregon. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Day-to-day duties: • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
