Now hiring: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Fayette County, Illinois. You will be based in a packaging and assembly workshop. On a typical shift you will clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay. Requirements: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
