Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Cass County, Illinois. The job is on site fitting windows in new-build flats. You will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. Ideal candidate: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
