Formwork carpenter wanted in Harlan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Harlan County, Nebraska. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. On a typical shift you will strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN). What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing 3+ years on the tools preferred.
