Heavy equipment operator — Greene County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Greene County, Tennessee. The job is in an open-cast mine. You will load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
