Tig welder — Isu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tig welder in Isu, Imo State. The role involves select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
