Crane operator wanted in Nassau County

Join our team: we are hiring a crane operator in Nassau County, Florida. You will work at a shipbuilding yard. You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination On the job you will handle: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone We offer $140 per day plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
