Brick and block layer — Tippecanoe County

Join our team: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. You will work on a new-build development. Day to day you will laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
